a simple rising vote (in number of members voting on each side stand, or rise ) used principally in cases in chair believes voice vote has been taken inconclusive result, or upon motion divide assembly. rising vote normal method of voting on motions requiring two-thirds vote adoption. can used first method of voting when majority vote required if chair believes in advance voice vote inconclusive. chair can order rising vote counted.
