scintex rubis @ toussus-le-noble airfield in 1967


scintex developed ml 250 larger five-seat cabin , fitted 250 hp (186 kw) lycoming o-540 engine. first flew on 3 june 1962. aircraft of graceful design, using all-wood construction, having semi-monocoque plywood-covered fuselage , cantilever tapered low wing. tail fin swept , aircraft, unusually, fitted retractable tailwheel undercarriage.
