in june 2009, brammo entered 2 modified enertia motorcycles in time trial xtreme grand prix (ttxgp), motorcycle race billed world s first zero-emissions superbike event. race took place on june 12, 2009, on isle of man s 37.7-mile (60.7 km) snaefell mountain course. brammo s #26 bike, model called ttr, finished in third place during final race. scottish rider mark buckley finished time of 30 minutes, 2.64 seconds, average speed of 75.35 mph (121.26 km/h), , reached top speed of 102 mph (164 km/h).
