dazzo, ardrey, paola , siegel met while attending westfield high school while heer , bryan studied @ neighboring union catholic high school. performed in various bands during formative years, except dazzo served roadie ardrey s group, shattered five.


the band known dark pop songs , benefitted airplay on whtg-fm in eatontown, new jersey, helped popularize group @ jersey shore , beyond. band toured east coast during mid-1980s through 1990s, performed @ rock clubs in new york , new jersey area such stone pony, brighton bar, limelight, danceteria, cbgb, china club, kat club, fastlane, court tavern, melody, roxy, , green parrot.


the original line-up, bob ardrey (guitar, vocals), don dazzo (lead vocals), dan paola (guitar, vocals), billy siegel (keyboards, vocals, producer), jerry heer (bass) , john bryan (drums, percussion), still today. have worked engineer alan douches, known engineering , mastering skills aerosmith, steve taylor , george benson.

in 1994, dazzo , siegel formed group everlounge, later joined ardrey, inspired new york- , los angeles-based lounge music scene. occasionally, whirling dervishes still play local shows in new jersey area.
