mid tipperary

the mid tipperary championship contested 7 teams: boherlahan-dualla, drom-inch, holycross-ballycahill, j.k. bracken s, loughmore-castleiney, thurles sarsfields , upperchurch-drombane. championship knockout competition losers apart 1 semi final runner-up (upperchurch-drombane in 2006) entering county championship. winners of mid championship advance county quarter final. upperchurch-drombane receive bye semi final.



west tipperary

the west tipperary championship contested 5 teams: cappawhite, cashel king cormacs, clonoulty-rossmore, Éire Óg annacarty , knockavilla-donaskeigh kickhams. championship knockout competition winners advancing quarter final of county championship. other 4 contestants play in first phase of county championship (group stage).



south tipperary

the south tipperary championship contested 4 teams: ballingarry, carrick swans, killenaule , mullinahone. championship knockout competition. however, 3 semi-finalists losers going county championship. winners of south championship advance directly quarter final of county championship, while other 3 divisional semi-finalists play in first phase of county championship (group stage).
